Low-resolution clips benefit most. Short ones finish faster, especially if you add frames.
Adjustments
The picture is calmed first, then missing frames are drawn, then it is enlarged, sharpened, and given a little grain. Color stays as it was unless you change Color. With every look off and size at Original, the frames are copied instead of encoded again.
Crisps edges and texture. Brightness only, so the color stays put.
Calms speckle and flicker in still areas. The color itself is left alone.
A fine moving texture, so a sharpened picture doesn't look plastic.
Off keeps the original color. Deeper blacks and Punchy contrast only change brightness, so orange stays orange.

How new pixels are invented. Lanczos stays crisp. Spline is a little smoother.
